2006年8月30日１.可能是当地的电信机房直接停机了，去交费要去当地的否则未必会开通，另正常停机打进去应为＇您拨打的电话欠费停机＇．
２.还有可能是你家的线路问题，是ＡＤＳＬ吗？如是的话可能是电话机与电话线的接口处有问题了，接口处的盒子拆开重接一下.一般的电工都会，还是不行的话打969112报修把．２４小时内会有人来修的．

Here is proof of payment from Affiliate Junktion (for those of you waiting for a payment wondering if Affiliate Junktion is a scam or not). Bellow is a photo of the Affiliate Junktion Cheque I received. To sum up, I have so far been paid:

September payment from Affiliate Junktion was made with paypal. I thought this would be better (its certainly faster than cheque), but paypal charged me $187.85 just to recieve the money! I'm going to get one more paypal payment, then I will simply be getting too much to warrent gettin paid by Affiliat Junktion that way (because paypal charges a percentage) and I'll go back to getting paid from Affiliate Junktion by cheque.

"假如你有一杯水，你可以独自享用，假如你有一桶水，你可以存放在家里，假如你有一条河，应当学会与他人分享。"这是致公党员陈光标信奉的人生格言。为践行这一理念，8月10上午，身为江苏黄埔再生资源利用有限公司董事长的他向江苏省光彩事业促进会捐赠1000万元现金，并通过江苏省光彩事业促进会与江苏省红十字会向江苏省见义勇为基金会、江苏省法律援助中心、江苏SOS紧急救援中心以及山西、四川等欠发达地区捐赠1000台教学电脑、500台彩电与30部汽车，捐赠款物价值达2460万元。这是迄今为止江苏省光彩事业促进会收到数额最高的一次捐赠。
陈光标说，这是他的第37次捐赠活动。"我给自己的计划是捐赠现金物资要占我公司利润的20％，可实际上捐出部分已经超过了公司利润的30％。"到今年7月底，他已累计捐赠款物达2．63亿元，其中现金1．97亿元。
从卖水娃到专利人
1977年，10岁的陈光标是苏皖交界农村的一个贫苦农家子弟。"我两岁那年，一个哥哥一个姐姐都饿死了，小时候一天三顿咸菜稀饭，就盼着过年能吃点鱼肉。10岁那年暑假开始，我就开始想法赚钱。"刚读小学二年级的他就从二三十米深的井中打两桶水挑到一公里以外的集镇上去卖，一分钱随便喝，一个中午也能卖到一两毛钱。此后卖过冰棍，从农村收购粮食再卖到镇粮管所。
17岁那年的一次经历，让他这个全乡第一个少年万元户彻底破产。"那时租了拖拉机贩粮，一趟拖五六千斤粮食，一天挣好几百，一个暑假就挣了两万多！后来一个外乡人找我跟他搭伙卖棉鞋，我把几万块钱都投进去了。他发来的货款式倒不错，可鞋底是纸糊的，一下水就烂了。"
痛定思痛，他接着贩粮。他的再次发家，在1997年。"我在新街口一家药店里看到有一种"电子耳穴疾病探测仪"卖得很火，我觉得这玩艺还有大市场，但需要改进！"从医学院毕业的他开始着手改进仪器，产品做成，他很快申请专利，随即注册金利威电子医疗器械公司专门从事这一"跨世纪家庭CT机"的生产销售。就这样，一个原价百余元的产品被他卖到八千余元，而改进成本总共也不足千元，如此高的利润让他顺顺当当挖得第一桶金。
此后他又进军保健品市场，一次到山东泰安，发现当地的灵芝资源，他又开始研发、系统包装，250元每公斤的灵芝新产品价格便陡增到2000元每公斤，他再买来胶囊机对灵芝粉进行胶囊灌装，大力推广，产品持续热销两年……
变废为宝的亿万富翁
如今，身家亿万的他有百余个头衔：中国致公党江苏省委委员、中共江苏省委研究室特约研究员、江苏省红十字会副会长、江苏省慈善总会副会长、江苏省进出口商会副会长、江苏省法律援助基金会副会长、江苏省青年商会副会长、江苏省私营个体经济协会副会长……等等。但他给记者的名片上只印了"江苏黄埔再生资源利用有限公司"董事长这一职务。
关于"再生资源利用"，陈光标说他所做的工作很多。"回收一次性针管塑料袋，从里面提炼硅橡胶，在北京、天津、上海等地设废旧轮胎回收点，再进行生产再加工。不过从2001年以来，主要做的工作还是搞废旧厂房民房的拆除工作。我们有个黄埔拆迁公司，南京80％的旧厂房与民用房都是我拆的！我们公司这几年拆下的混凝土，从南京到上海铺一条8车道的高速公路，肯定没问题。"
比财富的积累更让陈光标感觉自豪的是，他这些年来全凭个人实力在做事。"我从没为生意的事去找哪位领导打过招呼，所以说我心里很坦然，每一分钱都可以放到阳光下考量！"
捐资数亿只要荣誉证书
"我记得小时候有一回理发，理发店对面有一户人家在杀牛。他们把牛吊起来用大锤砸牛头，我从小就放牛，看到旁边的牛在流泪，我心里难过得不得了！当天夜里就偷跑到他家，把牛绳剪断，后门打开，把几头牛都给放走了！"说起童年往事，陈光标称，他心里自小就有了善念。
也正因此，赚钱的同时他就开始回报社会。"现在我捐建的希望光彩小学已建好的有86所，乡村卫生所21所，在全国各地捐建乡村公路91公里……我给自己定的计划，是每年要把20％的利润捐掉，但现在陆续捐掉的，已经达到公司利润的30％多了。"
10日的捐赠仪式很隆重，但陈光标称，在2001年以前他一直在低调行善。"我在1997年到2001年期间捐出去的钱接近2000万，从没做过宣传。我父亲劝我，中国这么多穷人，你捐这点钱算什么？在大海里就是一滴水，你应当站出来带个头，号召其他民营企业家也来回报社会！我就动摇了。"而真正让他决定高调捐赠的原因，有两个："那几年我也常听说有些民营企业家承诺捐款多少多少，实际上却没兑现；另外我一个人的力量确实单薄。因此从那以后我每次捐东西，捐到哪就把实物放在现场，并请各部门来做见证，实打实地捐赠！"而他的捐赠活动历来都是不求回报，只求对方给个荣誉证书。"我家里这些年来的荣誉证书，从地上摞起来有三米多高。"
为何只要荣誉证书？他说目的有二："这对我是鼓励鞭策。等到我即将离开人世的时候，能够回忆起我曾经帮助过很多人，我就会感到最大的快乐。即便是现在，有些时候想到我帮助了这么多人，夜里做梦也会笑醒，所以我建议企业家也要多做善事，这样才能够体会到真正的快乐。同时这些证书对我教育孩子有很大帮助。我的财富，会去给孩子创造一个较好的受教育环境，但不会留钱给他们。我最相信卡耐基的那句话，在巨富中死去的人是可耻的。因此，只要我还能赚得动钱，我就要一直这样捐下去。生活在人们尊敬中的慈善家，比孤独地占有银行存折上僵死的数字的守财奴要更光荣、更快乐。" (来源：金陵晚报)
